Limb Salvage with the Diamondback 360° PAD System

A Retrospective, Single-Center Study1

  • Retrospective study of 32 diabetic patients with Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI)
    • All patients were previously scheduled for amputation
  • Diamondback 360° used to establish straight-line flow to the foot
    • Low-pressure balloon angioplasty used adjunctively, if necessary
  • 6-week follow-up using angiography

Conclusions

  • Blood flow restored in all 32 patients
  • 100% patency maintained at 6 weeks post-procedure in those scheduled for a second procedure
  • 100% of limbs saved; no amputations required

Case Example:

  • 82 year-old male
  • Right foot pain
  • Angiography revealed no-vessel run-off
